GLOBAL STEEL SERVICE company has entered into “Metalworking cluster development” project managed by the  Association of Mechanical Engineering 

and Metalworking Industries of Latvia (project Nr. KAP/2.3.2.3.0/12/01/007). The project objective is cooperative actions took by companies, educational and research institutions aimed at increasing export volume, efficiency and effectiveness and developing new competitive products.

Due to a temporarily production shutdown at NLMK Dansteel A/S with the aim of equipment modernization, orders for customised products and orders for products supply directly from the factory will be accepted till 6 July 2012.

Equipment modernization will allow widening the range of metal thickness to 5 – 200 mm, producing 4 m wide metal sheets and plates and offering additional metal grades.

Factory re-opening date will be announced upon the information receipt.
